Sneak attack isn't that OP. It's strong, but it's just how rogues deal damage. Stealth is the thing that's OP because it's got wonky mechanics in the game compared to tabletop. No DM would let you get away with what you can in BG3. Like others are saying, I imagine they'll change it in the full release to be less exploitable.
