So I have read a bunch of posts and I see that there are two mods - fps++ and static fps I'm confused at what to choose because some comments say that you need to run the fps to be able to lock it and other comments saying that it's better than the fps++ mod. And the posts are also a couple of months old. My laptop only gives me 5-10 fps.
