Dmz exfil streak not working

Ghost perk/vest prevents notification. And ghost vest is pretty popular rn. I wonder if they patched it cuz from what I've seen the stealth vest still activates the comms vest, it just makes you invisible on radar. Doesn't matter anyways, I had to make a new one and it works fine now. That should not exist.

Discussion. I have exfiled successfully with a complete contract, gotten a new perk and a streak increase, then it is not there after. Started happening today and happened about 8 times. Tried different active duty slots, but none work. My 6 goes back to 6 and my 4 goes back to 4. Anyone else have this problem?Do Exfil Streak perks work now?
