How often to change transmission oil

May 5, 2019 · Personal preference, I change transmission and brake fluid every 50000 miles. I have not looked at my current transmission setup other than the short dipstick, but hopefully I can drain and add the same amount of fluid when I reach 50000 miles. It is not a flush or complete change, but does refresh the system with new fluid.
