Plumbing help needed. I undid the 4 screws at the back of my bathtub faucet. Tldr, i was trying to increase temperature and went too far now i have a small constant stream of water coming out of my bathtub. I tightened the screws as much as i could. I didnt notice this issue till i took all 4 screws off of the little plate.
