I think Tao (and many others) need some solid movement speed adjustments. Her passive also needs some QOL changes to give assisted credit for the passive. If it seems too strong on just assist, just half a stack would be fine where the stacks are now functioning on double the stack cap where assists give 1 stack and kills give 2.
